This is an easy, healthy and tasty recipe. Growing up this will be replacement of bread when we did not have time for buying it and over the years it became one of my favourite breakfast dishes. You can combine this tortillas with fruits like you will do with pancakes!

Ingridients:
Raw oats (4 small packages) - I used Quaker Instant Oatmeal because those where the only ones I have right now but it could be any kind of oat the only difference is that complete raw oats will take a little more time to cook!
1/2 cup of milk - I used 2%
1 egg
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 1/2 table spoon of sugar or 2 sweeteners or 2 spoons of honey
Preparation: In a small ball out all the ingredients, mix all the ingredients very well. The mass will be not too dry not too liquid pretty much like a baby food. :) Warm a frying pan in a medium temperature. Once is hot, take the mass with a spoon and put it on the pan and extend it a little bit so it will look flat but not too thin. Cover the pan and wait a couple of minutes. Wait until the side facing down get a little gold/brown colour and turn the "tortilla". Wait a couple more minutes until the new side get some colour. Take them out, plate them and enjoy them!! Note: Some people also add fresh cheese or mozzarella cheese in the mass before cooking... its delicious. Also some people prefer to fry the tortillas with oil or butter, it is actually more juicy :)
